What a signup means
When you submit the form, you ask Catholic Campfires to contact you about attending or organizing gatherings. It does not reserve a place at an event. Upcoming dates and venues are listed on individual event pages. New signups receive a confirmation email. If you do not confirm, we send one reminder after three days. After that, no further automated reminder is sent.
What we save
We privately store your email, location, chosen interest, any optional information you provide, permission to contact you, and submission time in Cloudflare. If you arrived through a campaign link, we may also save its source and campaign label to understand where signups come from. Signup details are not displayed publicly.
Event registration & overnight requests
Catholic Campfires is operated by Durward’s Glen. Event registrations are saved separately from the general interest list. Registrations submitted through either site are stored privately in both systems, with your selected event, name, email, group size, and optional notes. Durward’s Glen uses these details to administer and contact you about your registration and any stay. The two databases synchronize with retries, normally within a minute. Overnight guests can choose available lodging, review pricing and taxes, and pay a deposit through secure Stripe checkout during registration on Durward’s Glen. Event attendance alone does not reserve lodging. Booking references and lodging details are retained with your registration; card payment details are handled by Stripe. Registering does not enroll you in unrelated marketing. To change or cancel a registration or booking, contact the Glen at theglen150@gmail.com.
Supply orders
When you request supplies, we store your name, email, chosen items, estimated prices, shipping quote location or preferred pickup, notes and contact permission privately in Cloudflare. We use this information to source the order and confirm availability, delivery and the final price with you. No payment is collected at this stage. Your request does not enroll you in marketing. Order contact details are not published. We may share the necessary delivery details with a supplier if you agree to supplier delivery when confirming the order.
Unfinished forms
Your draft stays in this browser tab, without being submitted to us. Drafts are cleared when the tab is closed, or expire after one day. We do not remember your contact-permission checkbox; you must select it again before submitting. Use “Clear draft” to remove a draft.
Return visits
After a successful signup, a status marker may remain on this device for 90 days so we can show that you already signed up. This marker contains the signup interest and date, not your email or other contact details. You can clear it on the signup form.
Anonymous counts
We count form views, form starts, accepted submissions, and new leads to understand completion. These aggregate counts do not contain names, emails, advertising identifiers, or browsing histories. Short-lived hashed request identifiers help limit spam.
Follow-up preferences
Your contact permission is for the gathering interest you selected. You can decline further contact by using the unsubscribe link in your email or replying to a follow-up message. We do not use this signup to enroll you in unrelated marketing.
